Our 1 hour personal training sessions are always coached by a Certified Personal Trainer. The focus is entirely on your goals and your sessions will be tracked through our software and ongoing assessments will be conducted. We focus on form and injury prevention.

Improve your golf game! Let the personal trainers at Live JACKED, in partnership with golf pro of ours improve your golf game. Our golf fitness program provides an analysis of your swing and an introduction to specific exercises that increase strength and flexibility. Effective golf fitness improves your body composition and creates more consistency in your golf game, so you can achieve a better distance and lower scores on the course! This 10-session program includes:
- Initial assessment of golf swing, personal strength, and flexibility
- Five, 1-hour personal training sessions focused on your golf technique
- 1-hour golf fitness lesson with a PGA Professional
- 1 round of golf at FireRock Country Club in Fountain Hills
- Progress check-in with PGA teaching Pro Brad Britton and a Live JACKED personal trainer
The Shoulder Mechanics exercises are designed to mirror the functional patterning of sport specific movements such as golf, football, lacrosse, baseball, tennis or swimming. We target common deficiencies and muscle imbalances to improve movement and athletic performance.
