A high intensity resistance training class focusing on the development of the Glutes and surrounding muscles. The class is timed circuit style with stations featuring a variety of angles to work the glutes and leg complex. All exercises include bands, dumbbells, barbells, cables and bodyweight type movements. It is recommended that you have prior exercise experience before enrolling in this class.
