Simple, At-Home Tips for Detoxing The Body

I came across a few helpful tips on ways to enhance your detox from Designs for Health and wanted to pass them on you. I find all 3 of them are very effective and leave you feeling super energized and refreshed! Here they are:

A) Drink 1 cup of hot water with 1/4 lemon and 2 pinches of cayenne pepper first thing upon waking (on empty stomach). This is very simple butyou would be amazed how many people say they can’t live without it once they start.

B) Take a warm bath with Epsom salt added to soothe, relax, and detox. Great for muscle recovery. Additionally, you may rub on the salt with warm, wet washcloth in bath or shower-very invigorarting.

C) Try your own hydrotherapy in the shower by alternating from hot to cold water. This stimulates circulation and your immune system. You can also do a sauna/cold shower combo at the gym. This is not for everyone but is highly effective and awakening! You’ll feel like a million bucks when you’re done. Of course, just a suana and a shower are beneficial as well.
