Favorite cheat meal: Usually a GIANT cheeseburger but pizza is always good also
Favorite workout day (leg day, upper body, etc): Upper body, triceps and chest specifically.
Favorite exercise: Under the fence/Dive bomber pushups

Favorite time to workout: The evening when I do resistance and strength training
Favorite superset: Seated triceps press/standing bicep curls (Heavy load, 8-10 reps, and slow tempo)
