Improve your golf game!

Our Personal Training sessions are 1 hour long. Each session is coached by  a Certified Personal Trainer.  Your session will be sent to you before you arrive using a software program that we use that not only tracks your results but includes videos so that you can see what you will be doing during each session. Afterward your trainer will enter your results and send to your personal app. We are always prepared for your session and afterward you can see your results not only for that days session but also your ongoing  progress. Let the personal trainers at Live JACKED, in partnership with PGA teaching Pro Brad Britton improve your golf game. Our golf fitness program provides an analysis of your swing and an introduction to specific exercises that increase strength and flexibility.
